In response to public demand, this album has been produced in an effort to tell the story in pictorial form of the "Battle of Bogside", which took place in Derry on the 12th and 13th August 1969. The Battle of Bogside will go down in Irish History as a victory for the ordinary people of Bogside, who after the battle declared the Bogside area as "Free Derry".

Proceeds from this album will go towards constructing a hall to facilitate an ever increasing membership of the Bogside Republican Movement.
