Devolution

Vision into Practice was published before Devolution. It records progress on New TSN and sets out draft New TSN Action Plans for the Departments which existed under Direct Rule. These draft Plans are published for consultation; guidance on how views should be submitted is provided in Section 6 of the report.

At Devolution the Assembly appointed Northern Ireland Ministers and the Departments were restructured. Responsibility for many of the policies and programmes covered by the New TSN Action Plans transferred to the new Northern Ireland Ministers and their Departments.

The new Executive Committee and Northern Ireland Ministers will consider the draft Action Plans and the responses to the consultation in the light of their own plans and priorities.
